The second meetup was great! We had all new people attend and the discussion was intense! We talked about some great stuff including: security in an increasingly unsecure world, mesh networking, new devices, segment targeting, corporate partners and their role in enabling new kinds of markets.

For our next meetup, we will once again we will be at the Girvan Institute in El Segundo. The office is on the 3rd Floor in the China Airlines building at 200 Continental Blvd. If it's nice weather, we'll wait as a group for the straglers outside. If it's cold/rainy, we'll wait in the lobby.

Looking forward to seeing some new faces!

Your running opposite SCALE, this is a pretty big Linux Expo in this area, you may reconsider rescheduling for next month.

Same weekend as SCALE (So Cal Linux Expo) ... bummer, can't make it.

    •  Enjoyed the group. The philosophical and speculative discussions were refreshing and made the purpose of this particular meetup unique. It's nice to (try) and step outside of our little bubbles and evaluate how our independent experiences are converging. Honestly, 2 hours felt a little short. Seemed like there was still plenty of steam and would have been easy to go for another hour or so.
